question involving dreamweaver ultra dev 4

ok. I am in the process of making a website and I know very little about it all(basic html, basic dreamweaver).

anyway, I want to make a little box that has text in it. I want the text box to be scrollable you know? But I don't know how to do it in dreamweaver ultradev 4.

I think the main problem is that I can't find out how to put text over a pic(the pic is the text box).

ok. now I know how to make a text box but I still don't know how to put the text over the image.
