ok, hopefully i'll be able to explain this as good as possible..


the scroll bars :: points to the far right of your screen::

How can I change the colors on it for the website/page?
and also...
(as I've noticed in many of sites/pages) the cursor itself, how can I either change the way it looks (shape, color..anything) and text or gfx that fallow the cursor's moves...how can I do that?

add this

and then take that other stuff
and put it in notepad and save it as style.css or whatever
