i see what i did wrong this time
i did the first time what u said spongebob squid pants.
only problem was that i didnt upload the html into my ftp and when i tried it on my computer offline it would load the my documents.
then i uploaded it for the hell of it and it worked

Its only <img src="image.gif"> and using XHTML is <img src="image.gif"/>
