Is it possible to make a webpage translucent? (moved)

I want to make a dynamic content window like this http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex11/scrollc2.htm

but I want the page that is displayed in the window to be a little bit transparent so that you can see the faded background of the page the window is in.

Is this possible?

Add style="filter:alpha(opacity=60)" to the layer or div tag you want the background to the translucent

if just a cell
