Does anybody have an easy way to convert this file to a clean HTML file?:

http://www.rdi1.com/personal/2001_Valuation_Report.txt

I've tried to import it into Excel, and export it out using XML (doesn't do just plain HTML exports), but I'm a bit concerned who will be able to view it the way that I'm viewing it. It looks fine to me, but somebody with an old version 4 browser may not be able to.

just do it as an xml doc... and then provide links for people that can't see it so that they can download the excel doc or the text doc.
