Can anyone tell why my drop down menu works in IE but not in Netscape 4.6? In Netscape the links don't work at all. Here I hope someone can figure it out. Thank you |

Well, I've never tryed it like you are trying it with CSS doing all the work... so I really don't know. I usually use hide/show layers and it works crossbrowser.

Because netscape 4.7 sucks and isn't compatible with anything.

You're right Deker... It's so weird, I took out a script which disable the right-clicking and everything works well now. I don't get it.

It must have been disabling a function that the other script needed to show the menu. Silly netscape... at least 6.1 is better.

If you want a good crossbrowser menu then go to dhtmlcentral.com and get coolmenus4. Now this is probably your best bet and it's also the most customizable one I've ever seen. (Others around may have seen better and should let on to the rest of us ) And even though it uses javascript it's really not that hard to use as even I figured it out and I'm not very good with anything over CSS right now. Give it a try i'm sure it will work for you. Kay |
