I was wondering if anyone knows how to achieve the effect like when you move over a textlink, an area around that textlink lits up. I've seen it sommewhere but I can't remember what site. Also please check the following link and tell me what you think so far: http://www.geocities.com/planetfeyenoord/SUPFRONTBOVENheaderwerkt3.htm |

Hi As for the question, I'd like to see an example of what you need achieved. If you mean when a tetlink is moused over, the area around it changes color, that's achieved by using CSS (Stylesheet). The hover code should be something like: a:hover {color:#999999; background:#ffcc33; font-family:verdana; font-size:8pt;} Note that the above code is for the HOVER code. The rest of the link CSS's are named: a a:visited a:active But I guess that's old news to ya huh? As for the interface you showed off....I really like the choice of colors and the menu fits nicely in there. A great job so far. Keep up the rest of the site...!! Not that I know what the heck the site will be about since it's in....Dutch? But good job so far.... // Rock on !!! |

Its cool, I like it, it has that "industrial" look to it. I think I know what your talking about too, its easy. Just make rollovers in ImageReady and on the "Over" state add an outer glow and make the outer glow white... or whatever you want. Customize your settings too. BTW how did you make those moon shaped things around the guy? Is that custom shapes? |

I'm sorry guys, it's not what I ment, but I realy don't know where the site is... It's not a roll-over image, it's just a textlink. The tip Nanne gave me is what I ment, but the background should be much larger, like the whole cell. I thought maybe like in the table I can set cell-rollover or something like that.... And Yes it's in Dutch, it's about soccer (love that game :D) Serene, the 'moon things' are just an oval marquee, minus an oval marquee, turned it, duplicated it, and switched one of them. |
