Problem with rollovers!!!

I know, this is what I get for not just letting Imageready do it for me, but it's too late for that now.

Look at this code and tell me why my rollovers don't work:

I had to debug and that fixed my problem, don't know if that helps...

Don't debug anything...they are not even complete HTML documents....notice the lack of a /html at the bottom. I just took about the top 1/3 of the code, all that I needed.
