how can i make the drop down menu like u have in the main page?

hello

this is the first time im visiting your site, i really love the drop down menu in the main page (who, what, how,team)
i've been trying to make one by myself but its not working..
can u tell me where can i find the code to make something like that pls? i would love to learn
