Crome less window

i have this URL linked in my page, it is my help page. Can someone tell me why it wont go into the cromeless window, you know the picture. View the source and then tell me how i can fix it. Am i linking it wrong, cause i linked it to http://www.geocities.com/lilleenz/Help.html am i suposed to link to the .jvs (javascript or something) thing or am i right.

He wants that image to load into the chromeless window, though. Sorry I can't help, because I hate those stupid things, and have never messed with them, but just clarifying your question.
