how can i make a bg image that's 1200 by 800 so that it will fit so that there is no scrollbars?

for example, if that 1200x800 bg, so that it would fit on a 800x600 users' screen w/o having scrollbars...
i don't mean a chromeless window or whatever, same normal browser window, just that the pic uses up the space w/o needing scroll bars...

If you set it as the background image of the <.body.>, then it will not scroll.
