i was wondering if i had a table that i set h and w to 100%, but the background pic is normally 1024x 768, will the table change to accomidate the 1024, or will it compact it to what ever the 100% is? |

when you set the background of a table element, it works the same way as setting the background of the body element. If the image is 1024x768, but the visitors browser is only set to 800x600, then the visitor is only going to see 760x640(estimated numbers) of the image. In other words, no. only if the viewable area inside the browser is 1024x768 will the visitor see the entire picture. |
