How do you scroll like this?!

Hi.. I have been looking at everyones sites and I think that they are all amazing.. The one thing that cought my eye is the way that there is scroll boxes used and all you do is put your mouse over the up or down link and the text will scroll up. To show you what I'm talking about is here:

How do you do that? and is there a place (tut) that I could learn it.

Ls_, why did you make a pointless post like that. Everytime a new post is posted the little new light comes on and I don't like it nor does probably others when someone makes a pointless post (like yours).

Or... if you want to learn how to do it for yourself, I recomend you go to dhtmlcentral. There you will find some good tutorials on dhtml.
