...The URL in the address box in Netscape or IE dosen't change when you go to a different page. Like if I wanted to link from www.bobsworld.com to www.bobsworld.com/aboutbob.html while keeping the URL at the top (www.bobsworld.com) the same? Catch my drift?

You could do that with frames.

I know I could but I try to avoid frames as much as I can. There should be a script somewhere. I'll look harder.

Just use a single frame. Its fast, easy, cheap and it avoids javascript completely.
