Html on apple

Maybe you all might know the secret to doing html on an Apple. I have been thinking about this for awhile but since I am in summer quarter and working with a family I haven't had much time to talk. I was thinking text edit, but it won't let me save as a htm document and The Missing Manual isn't offering much help. I was thinking someone here must know because you all are talking about your new software upgrade to tiger.

I've been using a shareware (cheap, 20 bucks) program called HyperEdit that i like a lot, nice and clean and lets you preview your code in a browser as you're working.
