reloading the parents page from iframe?

Hello, i have a form place inside an iframe on my web page. I have it so that when they click submit, the form goes to a thank you page, then it redirects to the homepage.

My problem is now that i get the homepage inside the iframe, however i want to refresh the WHOLE page to the homepage, not just the iframe inside the currently viewed inside the main page.

how can i acheive this?

Wouldn't it be easier just to tell the thank you page to redirt to whetever frame page the home one loads? Having mysite.com refresh is the same as having the home frame reload.

Just put target="_top" in your link or the address you are forwarding to and it will open in the full browser window.
