Ok, i never really learned html from a book or anything, just basically searched around for what i needed. Then over the week i made a 100% width layout for my website. Problem is I have no idea how to code the 100% things, and it ends up tearing or having like a 1 pixel split in between the top image. Can anyone run through the possible errors I could have made? Thanks |

Well if you do that you have to have all of your graphics able to tile horizontally, or they'll break apart... hard to say without seeing the site though.

Going with 100% width is not a very good idea...as deker said your images will definitely be a bit messed up.

There is nothing wrong with doing a liquid layout, it's actually preferred in some cases, you just have to account for the way things work, and plan the design so that any graphics can be stretched.
