disable the changing of text size??

My site get's totally mutilated when the text size is changed to anything above "medium" Is there any way I can disable this feature? I know it's possible, because it doesn't work with this forum.
If the answer is, "just define the font, size, etc using CSS", then please tell me how to do that!! And yes, axiom i did search and look at others' code!! :D

Yes, the answer is CSS. I'm not going to give you the exact code, but http://www.webmonkey.com has a good primer on CSS which you'll find to be very useful.
