Making my portfolio integrated with php.

My portfolio page on my site, www.soaring-designs.com/de.htm, is becoming more and more annoying. By making a seperate page with each thing, it is just an rediculous amount of work.

I was told that I could make this page and all of the thumbnails integrated with php and it would be a lot easier. What kind of script should I be looking for? I am clueless as to how to do this.

You could use MovableType or Wordpress or Textpattern or ExpressionEngine, etc.
