Coding a site...

Ok, i got a simple question, i made or will re-make a template and put in a few links.

What i like to know is if there is any good coder here that could code it further, with a login on the pages that is related to the forums and if someone of you would know how to get vwar (if you don´t know what that is i will tell it later on or visit www.vwar.de) in it integrated.

Is there anyone interested in this? If it is really hard i could give in exchange a forum hosted on my host that you can own.

I might code it for you, but @ a price. I have a lot of webspace(i do mean alot), so that's out.
