This vB/HTML code is driving me nuts!

I have been trying to do a vBulletin skin and cannot get the header table for the threadslist page to show up properly. I've determined it is a problem with my html code for my table; here is the code:

I've tried everything - putting it above the main thread table, within the table, etc.

Please help; this is driving me nuts!

Duh, nevermind - I set the middle cell to 100% and it took care of the problem...thanks for looking, anyway!
