ok you all no i no nothing about html ive only just started to actually learn it. . .
little help on a scrollbox? i dont want the text to scroll automatically across the page, i just want a part which has my text in a box and if there is alot of text i would like it to have a scroll so people can go down and see other entries , no what i meen ?

That looks like a textarea to me. Or you could use an iFrame.
