Background Sound not being heard on PC's?

Okay, so I wanted to test sound on a website,
and for some reason, I'm the only person who can hear the wav
file.

Is it something in my code that I need to change?

It's very frustrating cuz I'm not sure if it's the code
or if I'm not converting my sound files properly.

could some peeps take a look and let me know?

whoops... forgot to mention.

I'm using QT Pro for the sounds and
Dreamweaver on a Mac running OSX.

Works fine. Although people would like a stop button. ;)

That's good.

But I cringe when I ask.... are you on a mac or a pc?
