Hosting question: what am I seeing?

I was going over the Analog webstats on my wife's site, and I came across THIS in the "Redirected Referrer Report". It was the second biggest hit. I've searched thru the site, and can't find a directory--I'm not sure I understand what IT is. I found nothing in the redirects... Is it a hack? What's the point and purpose? How do I get rid of it?

Looks like somebody got into your FTP and put a site up. Try to FTP directly to that address. Your FTP software may be keeping you from seeing directories with a tilde starting the folder name.

Don't think its a hack. Do you have any accounts with the username "shiroma"?

On Cpanel servers, you can reference any website on the same server as yours using their username with the following URL format. http://www.domain.com/~username/

I can go to any of my websites from http://www.sidez.net/~phex/ or http://www.sidez.net/~zedb/ Same with. http://www.phex.net/~sidez/ and http://www.phex.net/~zedb/

I don't have any accounts with that user name, but I'm in a shared environment... could be another user on the server? Outside of my WHM, but in another account? I don't know if I have shell access like we used to on the Host Radius servers, so I could list all the usernames in /home.
