Well,his inbox is full and I can't get in touch with him. So would anyone know how to put a background in a form like on paav's website? I looked on the web but couldn't find nothing.

Well, according to his source, he added this to the input code:

Yeah, just use css to color your forms. I'm sure you could find it on google...
