easy dreamweaver question

I am building a form in Dreamweaver, like a contact us page where the user puts in all of there info then they hit the submit button and I want an email sent to myself with the info, What is the easiest way to do this in dreamweaver. Thank you everyone for your help, thanks

I know how to put in the forms, but how do i set up the e-mail part

it can be done in php, but since i dont know shit in php, ill just tell you to go get a form to mail cgi script
