i have my tables centered from left to right, but how can i center them verticaly on a page??? thanxs in advance as always , Raul |

horizontal aligning -> align="top" vertical aligning -> valign="top" in CSS it's vertical-align:top; So take it from there. ![]() |

As a follow-up, can someone help me as to what the HTML "horz" and "vert" refer to? It sounds like some skateboarding pimps ("I'll go try out the vert while you look after my horz") but perhaps its useful sometimes? tom |

not a proper answer... i remember comin across horz n vert back-in-the-day (aaahh) of HTML n00bie-ness... they are (as far as i remember) for absolute positioning. and i also found i didn't need to use it as i could much more easily use tables... so i suggest dont try and learn it, until u need it... then when u need to do something you cant, belt your ass over here again ![]() |
