can i show a flash movie on one site by referencing it from another like when someone puts the address to an animation into an image tag it shows the animation?

If that is what I am thinking you are implying, then that is called "hijacking" and frowned upon, esp. when the individual is paying for the bandwidth. Unless you know who it is or they know what you are doing..... unless i dont understand your ?

thats not what i meant at all it is my movie that i am referencing im trying to create an animated personal icon basically....i post on this forum type journal thing and it reads html so i wanted to create a personal icon then reference it to that page....

ok say i went to a site and i was like hmm i like that animation i just type the address of that image into the img src and that animation will show up now can i do that with a flash swf file?
