hey,

i've just thort (u lot prob thort of this b4 lol) when you use a javascript mouseover and the second (mouse over) picture has to load on demand,
(with large piks takes a few seconds)
why dont ppl just put the second mouse over pik in a corner of the web page and make it width=1 height=1 so u cant see it,

that way it's already loaded/loading when you want to click it

i know there's a preloader thing, but i dont like that much :(

neone else do what i've done? (small pik) ??

i've heard of th preloading javascript thing it's just i had a website wiv 40+ vary size of piks (navigation/layout) and when preloading if one image was renamed differently you had to check EVERY pik.

so dont like it :P

If you're going to shorten the name, it's PIC. And get a spell checker...

You'd do the same with your method; if the image link was broken then you'd have to check over all the pics in that one corner of your site.

What I'd do is write a script that does ALL of it for you. That's what I did when I had to write up a preloader for 80 something images. Took me roughly 3 mins to write and 2 seconds to execute. :T

Watch the spelling. Really.

We've had some trouble with people in the past that spelled really, REALLY bad. They aren't around anymore. And especially when someone points you at your spelling, please take that into consideration.
