automatic scrolling

how do i make that when a user puts the mouse over a picture i have the page will scroll down? is it possible? i've seen this be done (in main site) but i still didnt understand how to achieve it..any thoughs?

yes, seems cool but currently i have a page that has an inline frame inside..i have a picture and i'd like that when i put the mouse over the picture i'd scroll down or up (i have 1picture for down other for up). i have a function that puts the page to a x,y cordinate but i cant "scroll down" with it, i can only set it go to a determinate cordinate, anyone knows how to do it without layers?
