i design my sites for Ie 4.0 +. But this guy that wants his site made says if it doesnt work on 3.0 then its a ****ty site. But anyways. I told him to upgrade but he said he has his reasons not to. I believe one is because he is lazy and im not sure what the rest are. Ill hafta ask him.

there is absolutely no reason to use a 7+ year old browser. that just blows my mind. i don't understand people like that.

me neither but anyways what HTMl book should u guys suggest on buying. i figure i might as well have a book so i can learn html more.
