How do you create a forum like this? Is it sql php or what??

Can I get the script from somewhere or is it not that easy?

See at the bottom of every page on the forum where is says "Powered by vBulletin"? That's a good place to start. you have to pay for this one though. I think there are some free ones out there like phorum and phpbb or something. Do a search for those two things on www.google.com

Do not use Ikon Board. Their installation script goes haywired every once in a while and causes a massive mess in regards to directories e.g. creating directories so deep a simple delete or remove can't handle it.

What version are you/were you using? 2.9 is suposed to be stable and bear in mind that v3 is BETA....
