ok if I don't have unix line command access to put this command in "chmod a+w config.php" how do I make it writeable via ftp(dreamweaver3)

To make a file writable via FTP you have to CHMOD it 777. If you need help w/ CHMOD check out my little machine: http://www.digi-fx.net/cgi-bin/chmodhelper.cgi
