resolution detection

ok so I'm redesigning my site and the only thing im missing is a script that detects the screen resolution of the viewer and redirects them to a page made for that resolution. any ideas?

1) www.google.com
2) paste "resolution detection"
3) Click Search
4) http://www.google.com.sg/search?q=javascript+resolution+redirect&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en

JavaScript detects it with the very simple syntaxes:
screen.width
and
screen.height

..go from there.
