Tutorial on coding/slicing a layout?

I recently made a layout, see it here but I dont know how to code it. I sorta know how to slice it but I'm not completely sure, anyone know of a site with a tutorial? Thanks.

You might want to buy a book. I use a Visual Quick Start guide as a reference more than anything. Not sure of any other titles.

But a good way to begin is map out your site on paper.
1. Make an outline where all the pages will lead.
2. Draw your layout on paper.
3. know all the dimensions of all your objects, and come up with a color scheme.
4. Do as much with CSS as you can, and link the style sheet to the page.
5. I would start using tables and stay away from frames, except with the occasional Iframe for a newsbox or similar.
