form colors ...

Ok, I'm not sure what to do to get the background of my forms to be from white to gray. I'm trying to get the form to match my portfolio site a little more but I can't seem to figure out how to do this. Can anyone help?

Oh, and if you know how to make the font inside the form change color as well, that be helpful.
