Is there a way to take away those annoying blank spaces that the < form > tag creates?

lol, yeah. I tried to answer you earlier, but that <form> tag screwed the reply function up. :D

I suggest that you move the form-tag somewhere where the small space doesn't hurt. It doesn't really matter where you start a form, as you can have all kinds of HTML tags and whatnot inside the form.

You can do it with CSS or with a table hack.
