Blinking text?

How can you create a text that blinks?

Please don't. Blinking text is the devil. If you think you need to make text blink, then you probably need to rethink your whole banner ad or web site. Because blinking text is terrible.

blinking text makes the page look...un-pro :|

yeah they just mess up your site - they don't blink very well.

And to further Charm, you may want to look into getting a flame animated gif to go with the blinking text. Then youd for sure be circa 1995. Actually, any obnoxious animated gif would work well, but fire is a classic. :D
