how do i get that scrolling frame?

How do i get that scrolling frame like the one on this homepage to be on my site? i have heard of iframes and im trying to install dhtml scroller right now, but the one on this page is better. how do i get it???

Actually it's not Flash. Read the Faq page on this forum, it tells everything that is used on the site.

im sorry, but I am not sure where to look.

i was premature inmy post, I right cliked on the news box and it doesnt say flash. It was so smooth that I assumed it was.
