How do i make the Arrows where it stand scrool, scrool my text up and down ?.... Cant use the way they did it on Teamphotoshop. Becaus it has to work whit asp..

The way my site works, it that i have a acces database, that my asp script take output from and places it where it stand "indhold (witch is danish and means contens)"
I was told by a friend it should be possible,, to do it the way i need it. but he just dident know how...
Do any of you?...

ie the text that has to be able to scrool up and down whit the scrool arrors on my design comes from a database...
