Some questions on design..

Hi

Realy i got 2 questions...

First how do i Make a News thing like this page main screen. Whit to buttons, one to make the text scrool up and on to make it scrool down ?

Seccond
i saw this page http://www.sublogic.org
and i was wondering how to make it so the baground dont move up and down, then you scrool.. If you try to click on Web Design, and scrool up and down, its only the text that moves, not the baground.. How do i do that?..

For #1) Look in the FAQ section of this board. The info about the news scroller is there.

For #2) Add this property to the BODY tag of your page:

bgproperties=fixed

(And if I'm not mistaken, thats an IE only tag)
