aligning problem

on this site i cant get my top boarder picture to stay at the bottom of the frame. anybody have any suggestions? Thanks!

I would try re building it using Tables.

is it possible to put that in a table and align it to the bottom? or maybe use CSS?

that top outerglow thats out of place

Well if you want to put it down to the bottom use : valign="bottom" within your table. This will make your glow at the bottom of the table.

Or you could put it in a separate row of a table with cellpadding=0 and cellspacing=0
