URGENT! Editing files in IE

Hi,
I am looking for a php script that I can set a file to open up in a form in IE.
eg: nav.php

so all the html will show up in the form. i can edit it and hit save, it writes the file to the server again.

I havea script to create a file and edit it but not just open a file and edit it

please help
