Im using dreamweaver.
How do i get the layer to move with the background. If you full size or resize your screen the layers dont go with it. check it out.

There is really no easy way to avoid this w/out using some CUSTOM JavaScript to determine the winow size at the time. Try reading http://www.dansteinman.com/dynduo
