any ideas on these frames?

this is weird. the pic on the left frame is not working. its the exact same as the pic on the right frame but reversed and its not showing the right way. ive tried just about everything. any ideas?

the image itself is too large

crop out the part right part and use that as an img, and have the remaining portion set as a background image.
