It seems a lot of people don't use linked or imported CSS style sheets. I was curious if there was a reason why?

Because they don't know how?

Because they don't know why they should?

Because they use MS Frontpage?

Because they only use CSS for making custom colored scrollbars?

Beats me...I'm working on that very thing this morning. CSS is tricky stuff. Anyone know a good CSS guide or site? I'm fighting with CSS today. I love it when you get it working right, but DWMX is kicking my ass trying to generate an external CSS that works for what I'm trying to accomplish.

But, hell, I'm a newbie at Dreamweaver (2 days), so cut me some slack, jack! :D

CSS really isn't that hard once you get the hang of it. You'll be doing total CSS based layouts in no time! I do most of mine by had though, rather than doing it in dreamweaver.

www.webmonkey.com has some css stuff.

and http://www.bluerobot.com/web/layouts/

http://www.glish.com/css/

and of course www.w3c.org

and http://www.o2b.net/ usually has some good stuff too.

LOL:D

I agree! I use it for all my sites, its great because when a client says "I dont really like the link color, so can you change it to a bit darker red?" With css, you dont develop suecidal tendencies:D

Instead of going in EVERY page and changing one little thing, change it once and you keep your sanity!:o
