but... here you go

i got a stumper for you guys
K , well a fellow designer and i are planning on creating this billboard like ad. See what we want it to do it independently rollover and each time it rollsover to a different ad it automaticaly gets change to a dif link. like so:

buy it here from soso...link 1

*rolls over*

clearance here autoparts sososo....link 2


anyone know of a way to approach this?

like, so it changes the ad everytime you hover the mouse over it?

if that's what you want, JS would be the best thing to do that, talk to paavo.

if not, explain a bit more. :D

no i dont want it to work as a mouseover. i want it to work independently meaning that you can seat there reading other stuff and this thing will be flipping showing numerous advertisements. Each from different stores and shops and each time it flips to show a different ad it changes the link to the shop that is now showing. lemme try another drawing

"auto parts cheap buy it now!" linking 2 www.jhafha.com
Automaticly flips after 3 secs
"Tweeter having audio sale here" linking 2 www.tweeter.com
Automaticly flips after certain time


see what i mean so every time it flips to show a different add it will change the link to match up with that add. hope that helps some.

If you know basic JS, that'll be pretty easy;

As in:
[PHP]

[/PHP]

And then have the space inside a DIV (or span, or whatever..) with the ID "hauhau"

I never tested this script, but should give you a pretty good idea of how to do that.
