Sig question and art

Im not sure if this is the right forum but here goes. I would appreciate if someone can tell me how do you make those sigs where there are links in them (maybe a tutorial link), Ive even seen some that scroll and has a menu which looks awesome. Last, does anyone have any good sites with just plain art where I can use for photoshop, a site like www.deviantart.com but their archive is huge and too unsorted. Not digital art ie. other peoples work, more like a nice archive of celebrity pictures cartoons etc., high quality of course like 1280 x 1024 ;) , thx in advance.

You'd pop in an iframe for your sig, hosted on your own webhost of course.

And go to the Stock Photo resource thread in the Resource section for photos.
