Can someone help me please?

I need this image to be a shiny gold color, i tried a bunch of different ways and cant get it to look right. I know the pic isnt the best quality, but if some one could do this for me it would be greatly appreciated.




I need it to kinda look like this but with the continents sticking out like in the first pic and round in shape. Thanks

First: Never say, "Can someone help me please?" or the like in a forum. Try to be somewhat more descriptive...

Anyway, do you have the continents on another layer? If so, load the selection of the continents, make a new layer, and fill it with a linear gradient. Although I do not really like the appearance, that will do what you are looking for...
