Synvinkel v2.002 remake

Hi folks

Just felt to fool around with something in photoshop and came up with are-defined version of what is to be my new website.
The image shown will of course be sliced up and used as a website. The background will contain the top part of the image, like a top border or sumthin.

Tell me whatcha think so far. Is it too much? Is it too less? Need I add or delete something? Any inputs are welcome.
I'm starting to like the layout though. Not sure how the text layouts will be when it's up though....
The layout is intended to be at 1024x768 or less......
